Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 crash – in pictures

The world is demanding answers from Russia after a Malaysia Airlines jet's destruction over Donetsk, Ukraine, near the Russian border. The area has seen violent clashes between Ukrainian and pro-Russia separatists since the annexation of Crimea in February
